In case you are not able to come to our study hall yourself, it is possible to ask one of our colleagues to search in our archives and collections. We can also make and deliver photocopies or other reproductions of the archives of your choice. For the costs of using these services, you can consult our pricing schedule.

To request a search or to order photocopies, you can use the forms available on our website (in Dutch). This is the most effective way for our colleagues to help you with your request. All personal information will be treated confidentially.

Using the online form, you can pose your question or request research and/or reproductions. In the form, you can indicate how much time (maximum) you would like us to spend on your request. It is important that you explain your wishes in detail. By sending in the form, you indicate that you agree to pay the costs related to the research and reproduction. Please note that payment is required even when an answer to your question cannot be found during research. After receiving your request, we will send you a response and/or the reproductions with the invoice within 10 work days.

Are you interested in using or publishing any of the reproductions provided by the RHCL? Please take into consideration that you will have to pay a copyright fee. The amount of the fee is determined by the type of publication or disclosure and the edition. You will find an overview in our price list.
